The project improves the innovation ecosystem and boosts start-ups creation in Albania, with a focus on strengthening the capacity for innovation among the innovation ecosystem actors, building linkages within the Albanian innovation ecosystem and internationally, and funding innovative startups and support providers.
The main activities of the project are research on the current state of innovation management in the Albanian corporate context, program development, training of local management team to capacitate local staff, implementation of planned programs, ad-hoc support and evaluation and reporting.
