These Terms of Service (hereinafter "TS" or "Terms of Service") and all policies or the rules which are published on this website are a comprehensive agreement between you and ICT Hub, and regulate your use of the website, replacing all previous or simultaneous agreements, communications and proposals, either oral or written, between you and ICT HUB.

Kralja Milana no. 10, PIB: 105457073, MB: 20388307 (hereinafter: ICT HUB and/or "we" "our" "us" "own" and all other personal and possessive pronouns related to ICT HUB) is the owner of the website www.icthub.rs and makes available the website www.icthub.rs (hereinafter: the website), including all information, tools, and services available content from this website to the user: user and/or "you" "your" and all other personal pronouns relating to the user, provided you accept these TS.
1.3. If you do not understand the language of these Terms of Service, please do not access this website. ICT HUB will not be responsible for the misuse of the website by persons who, due to their abilities, are unable to understand these Terms of Service.
1.4. By visiting the ICT HUB website, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, including those additional conditions that are mentioned herein or referred to via hyperlink. These Terms of Service are applied to all ICT Hub websites. As the user is considered anyone who accesses the access point of the ICT HUB website.

Access or use of any part of the website will be considered as freely given consent at Terms of Service and as an unequivocal statement of will and clear affirmative action - concluding action, which means that the user has accepted the Terms of Service, and is obliged to read and accept the Terms of Service during each accession. If the user does not accept the Terms of Service, they should refrain from using the ICT Hub website. ICT Hub has the right to change the Terms of Service that will be available at any time at the following address. The user is obliged to be familiar with the content of the Terms of Service, as well as any changes and updates to the TS.
1.7. These Terms of Service also set rules that apply to copyright and related rights protection on the ICT HUB website.
2. Nature of the ICT HUB website
2.1. The ICT HUB Internet page is composed of informational content that is available to users under the conditions specified in this TS. The ICT Hub website is a set of static and dynamic information and educational content with the possibility to interact between users and ICT HUB. The purpose of the website is to provide information about the operation of ICT HUB, as well as the option to send queries to which we will provide feedback promptly. The ICT HUB website contains links to other websites, wherein ICT Hub does not guarantee or take responsibility for the potentially harmful content of such websites.
2.2. The content of this website has no intention of causing harm, but if you have any doubts about the content of this website, contact the author or ICT HUB. Disagreement with the contents of the website is not sufficient grounds to seek from the author or ICT HUB to remove or modify any part of this website. 3.1. 4.1. ICT Hub does not guarantee the validity or up-to-date of the content of the website. Additionally, the ICT Hub does not guarantee that the website will be available at any time, especially in case of (1) caused by interruptions of any public Internet infrastructure, network, or server, (2) caused by any defect in your equipment, system, or local access service, (3) for previously scheduled maintenance or related to events that are not controlled by ICT HUB, such as strikes, riots, fires, floods, explosions, war, terrorism, government measures, working conditions, natural and/or caused by human factor disasters or interruptions in internet services in the field wherein ICT hub or your servers are located.

5.1. ICT Hub does not provide any warranty. If you decide to access the website, you do it at your own risk. To the extent that links and external content are based or displayed in connection with the website, ICT Hub will not have any responsibility concerning such content. You agree to use the website at your own risk and you will not consider the content of the website as an appropriate substitute for professional advice.
5.2. Without limiting the previous one, ICT HUB will have no responsibility for any malfunction or delay resulting from any condition beyond reasonable ICT HUB control, including, but not limited to, government measures, working conditions, and power outages, natural and/or disasters.

6.1. ICT Hub is controlled by the website from Serbia and does not give any statements that the materials on the website are suitable or available for use on other pages. Accessing the website from any page where the content is illegal is prohibited. Any request regarding the use of the website or material of the website is subject to the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any lawsuit regarding access, use, content, or existence of this website will be submitted only to the competent court in the Republic of Serbia. ICT HUB processes personal data by the Law on Personal Data Protection. Some interactions with users may involve processing personal data, and users are obliged to become familiar with the specified Privacy Policy when first accessing the website. If the user does not accept the Privacy Policy, it shall be deemed not to accept these TS and should refrain from using the ICT HUB website.
16.2. ICT HUB does not conclude legal work with users through the ICT HUB website. If a user has a proposal or offers aimed at entering into a legal business with ICT HUB it will be defined by a special contract that will determine the terms, rights, and obligations independently of these TC. ICT HUB does not sell goods or services through this website and therefore should not be considered as a trader and/or service provider of the information service provider nor has obligations determined by the Law on Trade, the Law on Electronic Trade, and the Law on Consumer Protection unless it has been determined otherwise by special agreement between ICT Hub and the user.
17. Autonomy and changes to the terms of use
17.1. In case of determining that any provision of these conditions of use is illegal, invalid, or inapplicable, such a provision shall not apply, but shall not affect other provisions of these TS if they are found to be legally effective.
17.2. Changes in terms of use
17.2.1. ICT Hub reserves the right to change the TS at any time. The website will notify you only through posts or RSS content, not in person. It is your responsibility to make sure that you agree to the new Terms of Service whenever the changes are made public. The changes to the Terms of Service will take effect 14 days after the notice was posted on the website. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, do not use this website.
